• Living room with seating for 10, including 2 sofas, armchair and window seat, around the wood burning stove
• Large flatscreen TV, DVD player, freesat, ipod docking station
• Cwtch – small sitting room with sofa for two, large library of children’s and adult’s fiction and non-fiction books, CD player, selection of CDs & DVDs, local visitor information leaflets & books, ordnance survey maps, walking and cycling guides
• Dining room with French doors opening onto decking – seats 8 comfortably or 10 cosily
• Well equipped kitchen with electric oven, 5 ring induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer x 2 and filter coffee maker.

• Rheidol Room - Ensuite bedroom with king sized bed, ensuite shower, WC and basin.
• Ystwyth Room – twin single beds
• Aeron Room – double bedroom

Second Floor

• Dovey Room – Ensuite double bedroom, ensuite shower, WC and basin
